Concrete Grinding in Only 6 Steps

Gelmaxx has teamed up with Ermator once again! We have created videos to demonstrate how to easy grind a concrete floor with Gelmaxx products and the Ermator W2000. In these videos, we show how to apply these methods in a small AND large job application.

Small Job Applications

We demonstrate how to easily reuse water during the entire grinding process without chasing any more water. The cleanup becomes simple with our Eco-Quickgel, which solidifies the concrete slurry into a solid that can be tossed in any trash can.

  1. Prime Your System with water and AQUAmaxx
  2. Grind the concrete floor
  3. Vacuum slurry water with Ermator 2000
  4. Replenish grinder with separated water
  5. Repeat steps 2-4 until job is complete
  6. Solidify slurry waste for disposal

Tip: For a constant supply of water, place the water hose connected to the Ermator W2000 inside the burnishing machine.

Large Job Applications

We show you how to take the hassle out of a large grinding job using AQUAmaxx and ECO-QUICKgel. We also featured the Ermator W2000 system, which was very convenient when we pump the water out of the drum and down the sewer.

  1. Prime your system with water and AQUAmaxx
  2. Grind the concrete floor
  3. Collect the slurry water with an auto scrubber
  4. Dump slurry waste in a 55 gallon drum
  5. Pump off clean water to replenish grinder or dispose in sanitary drain
  6. Solidify slurry waste for disposal
